Phase I and Phase II Projects

The FHSD Comprehensive Facilities Master Plan (CFMP) identifies the necessary capital improvements of all District facilities over the next 20+ years. Proposition S is the no tax rate increase bond issue that will fund those capital projects. The Phase I and Phase II project lists indicate how those funds will be allocated across the District.
